What I learned is it really helps to just focus on doing anything whenever you can to fight the Trump regime. It could even be as small actions like leaving a positive comment or saying something nice or encouraging to someone or helping someone boycott a company or anything that helps undermine Trump's pillars of support.

Focus on activism, daily or often and you'll feel a lot better. Don't get too buried in the news. Send the news to people who feel "undecided" about Trump and hope they see the light. We already know Trump is bad.
