A federal judge has ordered that documents related to the FBI’s seizure of Fulton County ballots from the 2020 presidential election be unsealed by Tuesday.

U.S. District Court Judge J. P. Boulee, an appointee of President Donald Trump, issued the order in response to motions filed Wednesday by Fulton County to unseal the records related to the Jan. 28 FBI raid on an election operations center on Campbellton Fairburn Road.

Because the documents in question were already the subject of a court proceeding in another judges courtroom. You can't approve a warrant to seize documents - especially ones protected by State Law - when those documents are subject of an ongoing lawsuit in another judges court.

Now, DOJ will fight bloody murder and appeal this decisions because - I bet you - what they submitted to the judge is debunked QANON conspiracy garbage that has been rejected by every court. Guarantee you. The judge who approved this did so based upon debunked conspiracy theory nonsense. Because what else could they have provided that would show probable cause that contained within the are "the fruits of a crime" or "devices used to commit a crime"?
