The subpoena should not be withdrawn...

That seems to be the talking point for the WH and many Republicans, including James Comer, the Chair of the Oversight Committee.

Reportedly, Pam Bondi begged and groveled to keep her job as the Attorney General but for some reason, unknown to all of us, he fired her. She was willing to cover up the Epstein files and to break laws and lie for Donald Trump, but that was not enough.

Now, she is a civilian. But she still has the information that the Committee has been asking for. She knows how many files are still being hid from the public? She knows what files were deleted or destroyed? She also knows that if she comes to the hearing and continues to act like a petulant child, she can be held in contempt.

As we have seen, James Comer does not have control of his Committee. Rep Massie and a couple of women have opposed him, in favor of the victims of Epstein.

If the need arises, I suppose Trump could find a position for her in the Administration and she could plead separation of powers?

However, there are no legitimate reasons why Pam Bondi should not tell the American people all that she knows. Maybe it will be taken into consideration whenever she is sentenced?

She was stonewalling the previous times, this time it will be even easier for her to do so. All she has to say is that she is no longer the AG, hence no longer has access to the information.
They should drag Blanche instead. Bondi can be delt with by other means. She should be disbarred for example.

This is a tough question. It seems logical that he would pardon her for her many crimes to guarantee her loyalty. But if he did that she could no longer take the Fifth Amendment during testimony or deposition, which would leave Trump exposed. On the other hand she could simply refuse to testify despite subpoenas because she’s been pardoned for any crimes she may have committed.

Can someone smarter riddle me this?

Hillary had to give testimony as a private citizen, so this $#@*% should as well. The precedent has been set.

Subpoena her when we take the House and if she doesn't comply, prosecute her when we take the White House.
