When do the American citizens get their tariff refund ?

We all paid higher prices on goods due to trumps illegal tariffs. Companies are getting the tariff money refunded so why not the people ?
There needs to be a class action suit brought on behalf of the consumer and sue trump personally for imposing illegal tariffs.
