All the photos I've seen of the building, so far seem, well, difficult to appreciate. (granted, I adore Obama and am no architect, but still--very unusual)

The weather elements play a big part in how the building looks, which I think is pretty cool. The grounds and overall center and artwork are top notch. I am excited to visit it once the crowds go down (who knows when that will be).

However I'm not sure if I'll have time to see it this summer. I have a major project going on with my house being rebuilt.

But too afraid to fly on airplanes under the 🍊🐖💩reign of terror. I look forward to a new sane administration in 2029.

He ran a pretty open and honest operation. I hope to get to Chi-town one day to see the place.

Which I've wanted to for years! Then when I heard about Obama's library even more incentive.

The building: it's a bit challenging with no or hardly any windows. But I like the stone itself grey with white running through it. The angles of the structure, some more textures on it,and the exert quote cut into it - striking! Grounds look nice.

Well now I have find a way to save etc. Wouldn't fly; train or bus. We'll see. Hope to get there by '08, or '09.
