(53,822 posts)This man is a known womanizer, so where does he find any women who would sleep with HIM? Every photo I've seen of him is very unappealing and super creepy.

(20,959 posts)many women still consider money and power an aphrodisiac. I think it's because of their upbringing, but who knows for sure?

(53,822 posts)won't cross. It appears to be part of being a republican. Occasionally, one will rebel and say "No, I won't do THAT", but they are so few and far between and they are knowingly committing political suicide.
On the other hand, Democrats aren't inclined to support other Democrats who commit corrupt and criminal acts. Principles mean absolutely nothing if they change on a political whim. As others have said, "You can always quit politics and have a good life in another career". Not to mention, that so many have considerable income from other sources. I think politics for some is very addictive.

(4,284 posts). . . that would remove the Texas representatives and senators.
Maybe they could take LA, MS, and AL with them.
Remove all federal installations and federal funds from them.

(231 posts)is surprised by this election. After all, this is what the Republican party has grown into over the last few decades or so. The main factors of underline racism/bigotry has always been there, along with the gradual corporate takeover of America, which so many, especially non-voters appear to be okay with.
For most of my 67 years, I've seen this being played out and now here we are. A classic fascist leader has been put in charge of things, and those who put him in office are going to fight tooth-n-nail to maintain that status quo. Gonna be one epic battle.
