And, bluntly, I don’t really trust a group of older and mostly white men, any more. But I’m keeping my fingers crossed because I don’t see any other way out of this hellish mess.

So the federal judiciary rules and then the ruling gets kicked up to the Supreme Court and overturned. So what am I missing?
