My experience from watching these kinds of videos is that ICE usually 100% would ignore the attorney.

These agents weren't masked.

The agent is correct that there are cases of probable cause where you don't need a warrant. (Suspect committed a crime and is hiding) Issues like expired Visas are not one of them.

But ICE doesn't care. They violate that all the time. Then they dig up some stupid traffic ticket to say that the immigrant was "dangerous". If they have prior arrest for drugs, they get labeled as, "terrorists".

... to see these ratfuckers exposed on an individual level rather than just anonymous parts of a lawless gang of masked thugs. The malicious cowards know that what they're doing is grossly illegal, but their confidence in their invulnerability is shaken by the courage of people like this fearless lawyer. I hope she was live-streaming this encounter. I'm too technologically challenged to understand how that's even done, but I suspect that's the only reason they didn't just shoot her.
My admiration for that woman's bravery can only be measured in astronomical terms!
