a safe trip and a memorable visit.

I've had excellent luck in asking at my hotel for recommendations on what to see, best transportation.

She lived in Bangkok for 3 years, and I know she and her friends vacationed in Phuket whenever possible. She may have some suggestions.

when a caller pronounced Phuket "phonetically". It tickled my inner 12 year old. You might see if there are Rick Steves podcasts on the topic, I understand he's quite informative.
