Going to Thailand next month

Seeings though we'll be so close, anyone know of any memorials in Viet Nam to pay our respects? Or the best area to visit in Nam? We'll be in Phuket and Bangkok.....thanks!

Vietnam has many war memorials, and several war museums. Realize that they are for Vietnamese victims and the defeat of the Americans. As for places to visit, there are plenty of nice beaches and mountain areas. Very good value, great food and friendly people. Enjoy your visit!
