Shuliak was licensed as a New Mexico dentist from August 2015 to around 2021, according to public records provided by the New Mexico Board of Dental Health Care. U.S. Justice Department files and public licensure information show she became licensed in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Florida in late 2015.

Shuliak was listed as the primary beneficiary of Epstein’s trust and was his last call from jail before his death. He planned to give her $100 million and his homes, including the ranch.

A New York Times report earlier this year found Epstein sought medical care for himself and women around him outside established channels, including from doctors who broke the ethical rules of their professions. In one case a doctor performed surgery on a girl on Epstein’s dining room table.
