When we talk about fear, I'm reminded of the old adage not to make a mountain out of a mole hill.

The same rule applies to confronting my fears. If I do it early, I'm conquering a mole hill, if I feed that fear for long periods of time, it becomes a mountain to climb, even though the fear is exactly the same.

Please give us a day filled with the courage to confront and overcome our fears, and to remember that we never have to do these things alone.
