Pipe organ tuning records and global warming.

I haven't heard any pipe organs in England in person yet. But this would not surprise me.
I also can't believe they are trying to heat these huge stone buildings. Here in Germany they may warm the pews. It is marginally warmer in the church than outside in winter.

Temperature changes the density of air. So does humidity.
So since the blower is moving volume, the air going through the pipes has different mass at different climactic conditions.
I do find the part about summertime readings going up over time in a uncooled building very interesting.
