OK, so here's another white faced capuchin shot.....

....and on this one I was able to move back far enough to not crop off his/her toes on a landscape shot and then I cropped the image in post production as if it were a portrait aspect shot. the problem with doing this is that you start to cut resolution from the image. luckily it's a 46MP sensor so it's not as big of a problem as it could be. that said, much better to turn the camera sideways and grab the shot. I couldn't, as I had the camera on a gimbal tripod head.

i dunno why, but this shot didn't seem to get much engagement. i think folks are getting sick of my monkey shots. i need to find new subjects.
