1. Oh my gosh.

We need to have tests readily available and free for anybody who wants one. We should already have rapid tests in our homes before we even suspect we might have COVID.

4. I don't feel real confident about any of the test kits

I see on Amazon. If you have a recommendation, I’d be happy to follow it. And I don’t go into stores, either to find a kit or to get exposed!

I just think that if I feel sick I’ll assume it’s Covid. And call my doctor, who hopefully will have a recommendation.

5. Unfortunately I don't have any recommendations for test kits.

I've never used one. I wouldn't really trust a negative result but I would trust a positive result. I think false negatives are way more common than a false positive would be.

2. If people get a positive on an at-home test.....

... Do they have to report it? If not, the numbers could be appreciably higher.

3. I've haven't read here on DU that anyone who had a positive

at home test reported it to anyone. So I’m m guessing that yes, the real number if much higher.
