Kaiser Permanente to open Everett Medical Center expansion
EVERETT — Kaiser Permanente is set to open its newly expanded Everett facility on June 3.
Kaiser Permanente Everett Medical Center, located on Maple Street near I-5, will be more than three times its current size and offer a wider range of services.
In 2017, Kaiser Permanente invested $1 billion to support new, upgraded facilities throughout Washington. The organization announced its plans for the Everett facility in 2019, totaling 165,000 square feet. In 2020, Kaiser Permanente purchased three nearby properties for the expansion.
The new facility will offer “a broader range of specialty care, state-of-the-art technology such as advanced imaging and pharmacy services all under one roof,” Kaiser Permanente spokesperson Jessica Knapp wrote in a statement Friday. The organization hopes the expansion will better serve the community, she added.
