US Savings Bonds

Just a question I would like to ask a DU'er.

Are US savings bonds on the chopping block too??? I am in possession of two. Could I have these redeemed?

the FDIC, are our bank accounts safe now? Trump has also killed the stock and bond markets. All things considered
US Bonds are about as safe as any alternative.

And if it does we are going to have far bigger problems. I am US govt bond heavy on my portfolio - never considered default risk was a possibility.
