USA & China Cancel Tariffs - Joe Blogs
In this video I talk about the recent announcement that China is drawing up a list of exemptions from the tariffs. These products are items that China is importing from the USA that are either essential, such as pharma and aerospace products, or that cannot be sourced from other countries. These exemptions follow on from the news that Donald Trump has also drawn up a list of exemptions for certain products being imported from China that are vital for the USA. The markets have taken this sign as good news and consider it to be the first step on the road to a trade deal however I am not convinced and in this video I look at how long it took for the two sides to agree a trade deal during their trade war which took place during Donald Trump's first presidency,
