Hydration vs. Dehydration

As abnormally hot weather approaches and persists in our current predicament I thought that it might be helpful to have some visual guides to use for self assessment of hydration, dehydration and the signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

I found these. If you have others that you think are better or work for you, please share them that they might help others.

Let's beat the heat together.

Thank you.

Medical diagnoses that can easily complicate the issue of hydration even when the summer weather isn't oppressively hot.

I'm glad you mentioned that!

Thanks for your reply. ❤️
