Trying Jamaican corn beef spread.

Two cans of corn beef I used Libby’s out can I mashed it.
Diced onion
Banana peppers
Black pepper
Mayonnaise
All above added just by eyeing it up. Used to work with a Jamaican fella times I’d yard jockey and he would bring this in.

Hope I’m close to his recipe.
