I been hungry for sausage, biscuits, but smothered with gravy.

3. raced out of the house this a.m.

for more hydrocortisone. Yesterday's day in the garden with all the pollen made my poison ivy flare up again. I have what I need now, though, but whiled away most of the morning shopping. It was kinda' nice after having jam-packed days taken up with union business and the community gardens.

Half a blueberry bagel with olive oil butter.

Blackberries with Greek yogurt and toasted almonds. Swirl of agave.

Earl Grey tea, room temp.
