?is=nG1U0FuTUQx_GvMjListen to this wonderful humanitarian who loves food, eating, cooking and helping others with his philosophy of life. I gained 10 pounds just watching it since everything was incredible. This is NOT one of those videos of a "last meal of Ted Bundy". This is a world class chef, not a murderer going to be executed.
Jose Andres is helping the world through his World Class Kitchens who bring food to areas hit by major disasters from Haiti to Venezuela.

(14,850 posts)If you might be interested, it's hosted by Dan Souza, who'll be familiar to America's Test Kitchen viewers, and he interviews famous and famous-ish people about the foods they hate and tries several recipes to convert them to liking it. It's had a good lineup of guests: Padma Lakshmi, Neil Patrick Harris and his husband, Rocco diSpirito, Brooke Shields, etc.
Problem was that Chef Andres said there's no food he doesn't like, so it was a celebration of Spanish ingredients and a great conversation about his work as a humanitarian, chef, and citizen of the world.

(55,785 posts)I watched his miniseries with his 3 daughters as they visited his favorite places of his country and one of his daughters doesn't like cheese! I can't imagine how having this father and not liking cheese. I've never met anyone who doesn't. I found out recently that a friend doesn't like tomatoes. I can't wrap my head around that too. I've been a cook since I got an Easy Bake Oven from Santa when I was 7.
