I have a question to ask

I live in the Midwest, Missouri actually. In my area two of our large garden centers are closing. One however did get bought by a large, nearby botanical garden. It had gone into bankruptcy, the other is just closing, I am guessing before it goes bankrupt. Do any of you see this happening in your area of the country?

Many plants and flowers a come from out side the USA, so maybe tariffs last year have pushed some over the edge.
