and it is pronounced like Shawn. There are several web sites where you can type in a word to see how to pronounce a word. Some even tell the origin of the name or word.

8. 'Shaan'. Kind of like the a in barn.

So a short 'a' rather than a long one.

3. Our fawn led us on a merry chase this morning!!! We put her into the courtyard in the morning and

she acted like we'd put poison in her bottle instead of her favorite thing in the world. Babies!!!

5. I looked out

in our backyard this morning and we saw mama deer with two fawns! We thought there was only one, so quite (happily) surprised.

10. We feed our two grown boys!! Little salt brick... alfalfa cubes...Mixed grain for horses. It just

puts a person in a happy mood to be able to see beauty walking around!!

6. We have a jumper too.

And we have the claw marks on the door trim, higher than the light switches, to prove it.

Sometimes I think she's trying to turn the lights on. I tell her she must be part roo (part kangaroo).
