Funny, the last UAP "bright light moving" resembles exactly one of the ones I saw (for about 30 minutes).

1. It's all made up (for clicks).

2. It's true and the military does not want to be involved with the actual production of an animation based on a real-life film (otherwise, why not show the real-life film by uploading it on YT?).

So if it's true and they conceal the real-life film (like they do with most of all the other alleged stuff they collected in real time - except for the three "tic-tac" films they disclosed to the press some times ago), would it be to keep the general public unsure if it's true or not (that way, they "minimize" the risk of creating a massive wave of panic in religious circles (re: in religions that claim we are alone in the immensity of the Universe).

I could be totally wrong with my answers here (admission of speculation). Take them with a grain of salt.
