Saw this on my street for a couple of days.
Turns out this plug in hybrid has been out of production since 2020.
They sold over 20,000 from 2014-2020. Initially as a diesel test bed car. Gas 1.5 liter 3 cylinder turbo. 260 hp Combined HP 369 hp total with electronically limited top end of 155.
Not sure about the horizontal fin design, blue.
