Since they/them don’t exist ;-/.

But yeah, I have been alcohol free for over a year.

Marijuana has some heart disease risks from parsing the sketchy literature and its exact relationship with cancer is not that clear, though it does seem to affect cancer signaling and aging related pathways.

Modafinil affects cholesterol and raises GGTP levels, but even as a non-American, I have enough ties to the US that sleep-walking morosely through Trump 2.0 is non-optional. Went on it Dec 2025 and feel pretty good..

Alcohol is a carcinogen with no positives and I lost my mother to it and so I prefer these with their risks..shrug..
