I have recommended some replies.

They don't show up anywhere that I can see.
Is there a way to see them?

If you click the “Recommended” button at the top of the reply tree (the list of replies below the OP) it will highlight any reply in the thread which has more than 5 recs — so you can easily see the most recommended replies in a thread. Currently that’s all it does, but we should be able to expand the functionality in future so that highly recommended replies are featured somewhere (the Greatest page probably). We just haven’t gotten to that piece yet.
