There was a Curb Your Enthusiasm where Larry David wore a MAGA hat to get out of certain social situations.

As soon as he put on the MAGA hat, people made excuses to get away from him.

The MAGA hat was a "people repellent"

Trump, who has no sense of humor, loved the episode not realizing it was satire.
