3. This is awful... and I'm here for it.

Yesterday

My first reaction was "hey maybe we can pick up that seat."

The fact that I feel a little bit like the thieves going through Scrooge's things in A Christmas Carol brings me a twinge of shame. I'll try to be a better person tomorrow.
