2. I wish Texas would do the same - here they approve development knowing there is not enough water

and them approve a pipeline to bring the water to the growth areas using eminent domain if necessary. The State has made it a felony to protest a pipeline in Texas.

For some reason people seem to think that unlimited growth is good. All it does is decrease quality of life and make a few greedy bastards wealthy.
