Article II, Sec. 3.

In 1957, Eisenhower sent the 101st Airborne to protect the Little Rock Nine, and enforce Brown v Board of Education.

Lincoln fought a civil war to protect the Constitution, and preserve the Union.

The problem is if a President emulates Jackson when he said “[Chief Justice] John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it.”
