8. It is the Levin case.

I have been following it for a while. Fascinating discovery results. I never head of a defendant never preparing their employee-witnesses for their deps before. Or claiming that something they dug up the day before was the reason for his firing 2 years earlier.

As I age, I have high hopes for this case.
