Ms. Crabapple was the best teacher in the world and even though Alfalfa's parents couldn't afford to send him to a good barber, life was good.

Hoppy had a gun, don'tja see? And crime was punished. Hoppy didn't need no sheriff. One good guy with a gun took care of it all.

Taxes? They was low, but we got our money's worth. Eisenhower built the interstate highway with our gas tax.

Now look at the shit goin' on.
