Like i was saying, he was told it's perfectly legal but i'm sure at this price, and for what it does is definitely something wrong. When i was a young pup i has and 8 ft dish. teh guys sold me a device that i could watch most anything up on satellite. then every once in a while that part would be blown, and he would have to reinstall a new one, lol It did work for quite awhile though.
