2. San Andreas is still my favorite of all GTAs.

And I note that this video goes out of its way to show a number of elements that made that particular game my favorite of them all: flying, character and car customization, a huge variety of vehicles, tons of mini-games, and enormous maps.

Rockstar never releases a PC version of their games until a year after console release, probably due to backdoor agreements with Microsoft and Sony, so PC gamers might not see it until 2015.

But once they do, people will be modding the shit out of it, and it will age like a fine wine. Unless Rockstar finally drops one, which looks less likely now.
